Check first if the seat selection you have made is permitted. It is not possible to leave one seat open if there are still seats available elsewhere in the auditorium. Choose a seat that is connected to other booked seats on the row.

Go to customer serviceThe programme at Pathé runs from Thursday to Wednesday. Every Monday we create the programming for the next week. The new program is posted online every Monday evening after 6:00 PM, which happens later that evening.
A few screenings may be planned ahead of time. These are mainly IMAX, 4DX, Dolby Cinema, Dolby Atmos and ScreenX screenings. After Monday evening the programming is complete until Wednesday a week later.
You can buy tickets easy and quick via our Pathé App or website. It is also possible to buy tickets at the cinema. Please note, all our cinemas are pin only. It is not possible to pay with cash.
Buying tickets online:
- Select the performance of your choice
- Select your seat in the seating plan and click on next
- You will now see an order overview
- You can redeem a voucher by clicking on 'Enter code'
- Choose a ticket type by clicking on the plus sign. Select if applicable a subscription or 'kids ticket'
- Click on 'Next' at the bottom of the page
- Log in with your Club Pathé account or continue without an account
- Pay for the transaction, this is also possible with a Pathé Giftcard or National Cinema Voucher
- You will receive confirmation of your order in your account and by email

Vouchers can be redeemed via the website or Pathé App. Go through the following steps while ordering tickets:
1. Select the film and screening time of your choice at your preferred Pathé cinema.
2. Select your seats on the seating plan.
3. After selecting your seats, click 'continue'
4. Select your ticket type. Enter your voucher code.
5. At the bottom of the screen you select 'validate my order'
6. Log in to your Club Pathé account or pay without log in.
7. Pay your order by using one of the various payment options, including Pathé Giftcard and Nationale Bioscoopbon.
8. A confirmation of your order will be sent to you by e-mail and tickets will be added to your Club Pathé account.
