Can I cancel or change my tickets?

Cancel tickets
Can't make it to the film, booked the wrong time, or want to go to another location? Cancel your tickets up to 30 minutes before the film starts. You can easily do this via the Pathé app in your Club Pathé account or via the link in the ticket confirmation email.

 

Refund
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of three business days via the chosen payment method. If you paid with a Pathé Giftcard or Nationale Bioscoopbon, the credit will be topped up again within a few hours. Vouchers used in the booking will be activated again a few minutes after cancellation. The expiration date of your voucher remains the same. Please contact us via our contact page if you lost your voucher code.

 

Tickets purchased at the cinema
Tickets purchased at the cinema can be canceled at the cinema until the start of the film. You will receive replacement compensation at the cinema box office.

 

Useful to know

It is not possible to cancel only part of the order, change the date/time, or adjust the seats. Cancel the whole order and book new tickets. It is no longer possible to cancel tickets after they have been scanned at the cinema box office.

 

Problems with cancelling your order?
Email the reservation number (starts with 'W...') in the ticket confirmation to annuleren@pathe.nl. We will cancel your tickets as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation by email. If you have other questions, please contact Pathé Customer Service.
