What should I do when my film does not start on my Playstation?
If your film does not want to start, it can be helpful to clear your internet cache. You can do so very easily by following these steps:
- Hold down the PS button on your controller.
- Select 'Turn off PS4'.
- Wait 10 to 20 seconds until the PlayStation 4 system is completely turned off.
- Restart the PlayStation 4 system.
