Solving internet problems
If you experience buffers or interruptions while playing your films, we recommend doing the following:
- Check if other devices that also use the same WiFi network are turned off
- Use a LAN cable. Connect your device to the router or modem via a network cable (LAN) if possible.
- If you have performed the above step, check whether the network settings of your TV have also been changed to a wired network instead of Wi-Fi.
Another piece of advice is:
- Disconnect your modem or router from the power for 15 seconds. Then turn the modem or router back on.
- Check whether there is a general outage with your internet provider
- Check whether there is an outage in the area
- Connect the device directly to the modem, without the intervention of an external router
- We advise you to always use the DNS server of your internet provider.
