A TOUR OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CINEMA IN THE WORLD

DISCOVER THE FILM ORGAN

Theater Tuschinski has a special piece of history: a working cinema organ that is played several times a year, for example at events or to accompany silent films. On Saturday mornings, the organ is often being serviced, so you might just get the chance to see and hear it during your tour!

AUDIO TOUR

During the audio tour, you’ll explore the magnificent Royal Theatre Tuschinski at your own pace. With an audio guide and headphones, you’ll stroll past the theatre’s most beautiful spots and hear stories about its rich history, remarkable architecture and founder, Abraham Tuschinski.

You can start the tour at any time within your chosen time slot and follow it at your own pace. This gives you plenty of time to look around at your leisure, take photos and soak up the unique atmosphere.

Every Monday evening after 6.00 pm, we announce the audio tour programme for the coming performance week. The performance week runs from Thursday to Wednesday.

GUIDED TOUR

Accompanied by a guide, you’ll spend around 1.5 hours exploring this cinema palace. You’ll hear how Abraham Tuschinski built this theatre in 1921 and what has taken place there since then. You’ll visit the spots where the casts of well-known national and international films have attended their film premieres.

PRIVATE GUIDED TOUR

It is also possible to book a private guided tour for your own group. This is ideal for school groups, company outings and family days out, for example.

Cost Groups of up to 15 people pay €185. Each additional person costs €6.50. The maximum group size is 25 people. Larger groups may, by arrangement, take the tour simultaneously, accompanied by several guides.
