How do I cancel tickets booked with a subscription?

With a Pathé subscription you can easily cancel reservations up to 30 minutes before the start of the screening.

 

• Log in to your Club Pathé account on the Pathé App or the Pathé website
• Click on the ticket under the heading my 'active tickets'
• Scroll down and click the 'x'

 

❗ Did you already pay a surcharge for your reservation? Then you will receive the surcharge back in the same payment method.
