You can use Apple Pay to pay in our app, on our website, and at the cinema. With Apple Pay, you can use your Apple device, like an iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch, to buy your tickets easily and safely.
What is Apple Pay?
Apple Pay is a payment method that lets you pay easily with your Apple device. It works both online and at the cinema. You can buy your tickets with your iPhone, iPad, or Mac and add them to your Wallet. Paying with Apple Pay is fast, secure, and works with all Apple devices.
How does Apple Pay work?
Pay online:
Buy your tickets in the Pathé app or on the website using your Apple device. Choose Apple Pay at checkout. If you have a MacBook Pro or Air, you can use Touch ID to pay quickly. Then, you can add your tickets to your Wallet by clicking on the plus sign.
Pay at the cinema:
You can pay at the cinema by holding your iPhone or Apple Watch close to the payment terminal. This works using NFC (contactless payment), so your payment is fast and secure.
Privacy and security with every payment
Apple Pay keeps your payments safe. Every time you pay, a unique code is used. Your card number is never stored on your device or in Apple’s systems. Apple also doesn’t share your card number with the seller, so your payments stay private. If you pay with your bank card, no payment details are stored either.
Cancellations
Did you buy a ticket with Apple Pay and want to cancel it? You can do this through the Pathé app or via the link in the confirmation email. The money will be refunded within three working days. In your Apple Pay account, you’ll see that the payment has been canceled.
