What are the terms of entry?

We do our best to make your visit as pleasant as possible. Therefore, we ask you to read the following house rules:

Respect & Safety

• A pleasant and respectful atmosphere.
• Be friendly and respectful to other visitors and staff.
• Do not speak or speak quietly during the film and avoid excessive noise.
• The use of mobile phones in the cinema is not permitted.
• Intimidation, discrimination, aggression, or other undesirable behavior will not be tolerated.
• Staff can intervene in the event of undesirable or unsafe behavior.

• Always follow the instructions of our staff.

Comfort & Cleanliness

Keep the cinema clean and dispose of waste in the designated bins.
Take the seat indicated on your ticket so that everyone can sit comfortably.

 

Media

Taking photos, filming, or making sound recordings in the cinema is not permitted.

 

Refreshments

Bringing your own refreshments is not permitted; we offer a wide selection in our foyer.

 

Tickets, Admission & Age

• Admission to the cinema is only permitted with a valid ticket.
• Admission is permitted until 15 minutes after the start of the film.
• Films with a Kijkwijzer rating of 16 or 18 are only accessible with a valid ID.
• Discount tickets are only valid in combination with the corresponding discount pass.
