Can I pause my subscription?

Pause your subscription

With the Pathé Unlimited, Unlimited Gold and Family subscriptions, there is an feature to pause your subscription for one(1) month once per calendar year. A pause can only be requested in your personal Club Pathé environment. This can be done from 1 month in advance.

The paused period always starts on the 1st of a month and is applied for a full calendar month. You will still receive an invoice that needs to be paid. The paid invoice will later be decucted as a discount on the next invoice after the pause month.

Example: you request a pause on May 1st, which applies to the month of June. At the end of May, you receive an invoice for the month of June that must be paid (even though your subscription is paused). On the invoice that you receive at the end of June, a discount is applied for the previously paused month.

When your subscription is paused, you cannot make reservations for screenings or make changes to your subscription. This is made possible again on the first day after your pause month has ended.

 

Cancelling a pause request
A pause request can only be cancelled in the month in which it was requested, before the 17th day of that month. For example: if you request a pause on 14 October, the pause will apply from 1 to 30 November. You can undo the pause no later than October 16, after which it is final.

 

Exceptions
You cannot pause the Pathé Explorer subscription for a month. However, you can always use your monthly Explorer ticket a month later, including the Extra 1 adult if you have one.

 

Please note: it is not possible to pause your subscription during the first four months of your subscription.
