How do I contact Pathé Reservations?

To reserve your tickets in advance, please contact Pathé Reservations. Aside from your regular calling charges, you will be charged € 1.60. It is possible to book your tickets directly from the website or App. You can simply cancel these tickets without additional costs.

Additional information: it is not possible to make reservations for Specials and Events. Tickets for these screenings can be booked online.

Please contact Pathé Customer Service for any general questions you may have. Pathé Customer Center is is not available for reservations, with the exception of wheelchair reservations.

With a Club Pathé account you can easily buy & cancel tickets, add films to your watchlist, participate in challenges, view your Pathé subscription and much more. You can easily create an account via our website.

Please note that as of May 1, 2026, the Club Pathé terms and conditions will change, and Pathé will discontinue its savings program (the Club Pathé shop). This means that you can only earn points until November 1, 2025, and spend these points until May 1, 2026, if you are already a Club Pathé member.

You can buy tickets easy and quick via our Pathé App or website. It is also possible to buy tickets at the cinema. Please note, all our cinemas are pin only. It is not possible to pay with cash.

Buying tickets online:

- Select the performance of your choice

- Select your seat in the seating plan and click on next

- You will now see an order overview

- You can redeem a voucher by clicking on 'Enter code'

- Choose a ticket type by clicking on the plus sign. Select if applicable a subscription or 'kids ticket'

- Click on 'Next' at the bottom of the page

- Log in with your Club Pathé account or continue without an account

- Pay for the transaction, this is also possible with a Pathé Giftcard or National Cinema Voucher

- You will receive confirmation of your order in your account and by email

Enjoy the show!

Vouchers can be redeemed via the website or Pathé App. Go through the following steps while ordering tickets:

1. Select the film and screening time of your choice at your preferred Pathé cinema.
2. Select your seats on the seating plan.
3. After selecting your seats, click 'continue'
4. Select your ticket type. Enter your voucher code.
5. At the bottom of the screen you select 'validate my order'
6. Log in to your Club Pathé account or pay without log in.
7. Pay your order by using one of the various payment options, including Pathé Giftcard and Nationale Bioscoopbon.
8. A confirmation of your order will be sent to you by e-mail and tickets will be added to your Club Pathé account.
